Tunja
Tunja is a city and municipality in the Alto Chicomocha region, which is located in central Columbia. As of 2005, the city had 152,419 inhabitants.
Tunja is known as a centre for education, as supported by the statistic that one out of five residents is a high school or university student. The city is particularly recognised for its rich history, which is evidenced by buildings, churches and artefacts that date back to the 16th century.
