INNOVATING CITIES

An Innovating City, beyond the commitment of previous levels, undertakes a multi-year project to address complex or seemingly intractable issues within the city linked to the Ten Principles. These cities become local secretariats of the Cities Programme and develop and manage their project with cross sectoral partnerships between government, business and civil society
